Philodendrons and a monstera

Philodendrons . Natives of the rain forests, the popular philodendrons adapt well to less humid environments of homes, apartments and offices. Foilage comes in a variety of sizes, shapes and range of greens. Leaves may be whole or lobed . Now, as they grow, and get new leaves, they will loose old leaves. They need to be given a "hair cut" occasionally to keep them looking pretty. I also recommend a mist or spray every day with a Miracle grow mix. They can feed through the leaves. You can also shine the leaves with a Miracle Grow leave shiner that will make them so beautiful. Rule of thumb I've found with these is, if I'm cold, they're cold, if I'm hot, they're hot. Just keep them at a temperature that you are comfortable and they will be as well. Don't forget our local farmers at the Farmer's Market for shopping even though it's getting colder out.  They are open year round with fresh vegetables and plants.  And, the prices can't be beat!!  Great for your health and pocket book and great for our farmers.  Don't buy that chemical laden "looks like food" at Walmart, go to the Farmers.......L Grandma
